The presidential candidate was seen holding a rally in Butler when a gunman opened fire on him.

One shot missed the President narrowly and ended up grazing the ear of his skin. While a firefighter who attended that rally was shot dead, the President did survive, but many questions were raised over his Secret Service team at the time.

The shooter was rushed by the Secret Service counter-snipers as agents rushed the president to quick safety.

But in that very same aftermath, the agency was hounded with investigations and questions related to the massive security failure that took place on that day, and that led to the director, Kimberly Cheatle, with no choice but to resign forcefully.

Now, it’s been confirmed that more developments in that investigation were made, including the suspension of six agents for their actions on the day.

Those suspended ranged from the likes of line agents to supervisors, as they all had the right to appeal suspensions that ranged from 10 to 42 days without any kind of pay or benefits.
