Actress Jamie Lee Curtis is revealing the priceless reactions that she continues to get, each time she gets nominated for an Oscar.

The celeb was quick to mention how it might be some sort of a norm for others but for her, each time is a huge surprise and sometimes, she gets surprised by her own talent.

Curtis shed light on how many blessings she has received so far in her life and for that reason, she tries her level best to stay humble and grounded, no matter what fame and fortune she continues to receive.

In the same way, she added how life is never a bed of roses and she’s proud of herself for working hard for so long. Remember, she first started to act in her teens and now, she’s still growing strong.

For her, being nominated then and being nominated now is a whole new ballgame. Moreover, she feels that to be acknowledged at the Oscars ceremony, you really realize that you made it big. But at the same time, she adores being given the chance to get nominated when you are 60 plus.

“I am 64 years old today and when I looked back at how much praise I have been given since then, I am just so thankful to all”- Curtis adds.

She also spoke about how each time can be surprising and the fact that the nominations are arising for her each year for her performances is a surreal endeavor.

For this celeb, it all started off with a rise to fame from the likes of selling ‘probiotic yogurt’ that is good for health. It makes your entire gut health better, she added, and says that getting acknowledged for that was even an honor.
