Sadness is one thing that should not be in the life of a human constantly.
Of course, without sadness, no one would appreciate happiness. But where this sadness comes from we will never know.
A survey recently conducted to find out where in the world are the saddest people and it was found out they are in America.
Sadness comes when your mind is not happy and the mind is not happy when it is stressed out. Stress comes with development and as per the new survey conducted for developing countries; America had the highest number of people who found themselves under stress.
Gallup found out that in America alone 55% of people reported that they felt extremely stressed out in the last 24 hours and the percentage is extremely high.
Gallup took the pooling for 150,000 people around the world and 1,000 people were from America out of which 55% percent stated they were stressed. The next coming in the row is Sri Lanka, Iran, and Albania.
Well, the one standing on the number one position on the list is Greece with 59% of the population feeling stressed out in the last 24 hours. Next was Philippine with 58% and then was Tanzania with 57%. The world is getting under too much stress it seems.
Gallup has been researching on the emotions of humans since 2005 and they have taken up this poll to see the positivity and the negativity forced by stress.
The polling also found out that 22% people said they had been very angry in the last 24 hours and there were 45% people from America who said that they have been too worried about things in the same time period.
Do you know what does this means? This means that we as humans have to take care of our mental health just like we care about our physical health and it is important for us as well as the coming generations.
