While the Democrats can’t wait to see Trump’s term in the White House come to an end, the President and his team show no signs of slowing down in their fight to overturn the election results.

In a Tuesday speech, VP Mike Pence was seen addressing a young Republican crowd and urging them to “keep fighting until every illegal vote is thrown out” despite the Electoral College making Biden’s win official.

“As our election contest continues, I’ll make you a promise. We’re going to keep fighting until every legal vote is counted. We’re going to keep fighting until every illegal vote is thrown out,” Pence said during a Turning Point USA conference as he addressed a young MAGA crowd in West Palm Beach, Florida, on Tuesday.

In a recent turn of events, amid Trump’s countless lawsuits and groundless election fraud allegations, the security chief of Dominion Voting Systems has sued Trump’s campaign over alleged defamation.

In his suit, Eric Coomer, the Dominion Voting Systems security director, insisted that ungrounded election fraud allegations resulted in death threats and “untold damage to his reputation as a national expert on voting systems,” NPR reported.

“In an effort to unwind as much of the damage as possible,” the security chief launched a lawsuit against Trump’s campaign, Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani, and right-wing networks Newsmax and One America News Network among others.

“Today I have filed a lawsuit in Colorado in an effort to unwind as much of the damage as possible done to me, my family, my life, and my livelihood as a result of the numerous false public statements that I was somehow responsible for ‘rigging’ the 2020 presidential election,” Mr. Coomer said.

According to the suit, biased fraud allegations resulted in death threats, whereas the security chief reportedly went into hiding after the accusations surfaced and spread across the nation.

The 52-page lawsuit was filed in Denver, Colorado, on Tuesday.

“The widespread dissemination of false conspiracy theories about the 2020 presidential election has had devastating consequences both for me personally and for many of the thousands of American election workers and officials, both Republican and Democratic, who put aside their political beliefs to run free, fair, and transparent elections,” Coomer said in a statement.

“Elections are not about politics; they are about accurately tabulating legally cast votes.”
