Shockingly, Alissa is an educational professional who says that she makes it a point that she doesn’t swear too much out of her habit, but it’s not the same story for her husband. According to her, he loves dropping the F-bomb wherever and whenever he goes.

Due to this particular reason, Alissa that her little daughter has also picked up on the not-so-great habit, using swear words left and right. But if you think this mum would have any issue with that as a parent, think again.

“I’m totally okay with it,” Alissa explains. “As a parent, I believe it’s best that we model out the behavior that we want our children to adopt. Hence, I believe it is absolutely hypocritical for adults to hold young children against a standard that does not adhere to our own selves,” she added.

Alissa feels that is the reason why she lets her child use swear words freely and with absolute ease because it’s better than labeling them as ‘adult words.’ “You need to understand that all words have power and that’s why young kids need to be allowed to swear without any form of the penalty attached.”

Alissa went on to explain how this move attempts to take out the negative energy that’s attached to cursing at an early age, hence making kids better equipped to differentiate between when and where to use them.
