When parents fulfill each and every demand of their kids they become stubborn and forget gratitude as well as compassion.
But of course being a parent it is very hard to teach lessons to your kids especially when you have provided them with every comfort and you love those the most.
Parents cannot see or digest that their kid is crying but sometimes they have to take strict actions when children become over spoiled. When they are being taught a lesson then their tears and crying hold no value.
Haley Hassell who is a mother became conscious and went out of her mind when she saw that her daughter Presleigh has thrown a new pencil box in the trash just because her class-fellows had that pencil box. She explained the incident on social media via post that how she faced distress because of her daughter.
Haley searched three stores and found LOL pencil box for her daughter she thought that her daughter would get surprised and would love it but she reacted totally opposite and threw the pencil box in the garbage by saying that “most of the students in her class have the same pencil box and its stupid to have it”.
Haley knew that her daughter is spoiled because she kept on fulfilling her demands. Her daughter was in grade 1 and Haley was shocked to see her demands. She was tired of her demands as Haley worked hard to meet ends and fulfill her wishes but this she went out of her limits.
It was not the case that Haley never taught her to be grateful but after all, she was a kid and needed a lesson. Haley asked her daughter that she will bring a new pencil box to her which she will be using from now onwards. Haley then brought her a ziplock bag.
Haley told her to pick up that LOL bag from the trash and they will be giving it to a needy child. Haley taught her daughter that most of the children do not afford such things and she must feel herself lucky enough to have those precious things.
Haley says that most of the parents do not become strict with their children just because they cant see them crying. She was appreciated on social media for teaching compassion and gratitude to her daughter. Mothers like Kristen Drake agreed to Hasley.
