A mother entered a local store in Victorville, CA, the USA with her two children.
She was holding her one baby while the other one was standing near the door of the local store.

A few moments later, someone tried to abduct the girl as she was grabbed by someone while standing near the door of the local store.
The kidnapper tried to drag the girl out of the local store but the quick thinking of the mother saved her.
The mother turned when the person grabbed her daughter. She realized immediately that her daughter was being kidnapped and rushed to her.
She grabbed her hand while still holding her other baby. She managed to pull her inside the local store.
Another woman, who was standing next to her, ran outside to catch the kidnapper. A few more people also ran towards the door.
The owner of the local store, Miguel Macias later said: “This tragedy happened one day in our store at bright daylight. It was an attempt of kidnapping.”
The video of the attempted kidnapping was posted online and it instantly went viral, leaving people shocked.
The video received thousands of comments and people praised the mother for her quick thinking.
One person wrote: ‘If she wasn’t as watchful as she was, too many seconds would pass and that poor child would be doomed. So glad to see that she is alert there!’
Another user said: ‘Brought tears to me how tight she hugged her child. Sweet girl’ while another added: ‘This just proves that even if you’re right there and you can see them, your kids are still not safe. You have to be hyper-vigilant even if you’re in an area you go to every day – you can’t predict how people are going to act.’
