This 30-year-old woman grabbed the victim by his hair and encouraged her son to continue the brutal act of beating. The sufferer told the police that she was equally responsible for this incident. Ruffin is now arrested for child abuse, but she is still not accepting her crime and trying hard to convince the police that she was only trying to separate both children.
