A majority of schools around the world have turned to homeschool to stop the spread of COVID-19 without disturbing the academics of the students.
Everything has its own perks and flaws, and homeschooling is no different. Recently, a mom got angry with her child’s teacher due to her outrageous comment.
With the closure of schools in almost every country, parents have turned to homeschool for their kids. Parents have been trying their hands on home learning by seeking assistance from the teachers.
Almost every kid is now at home and with a view to keep them busy and connected with their academics, parents are opting for homeschooling.
In the context of homeschooling some re sticking to the curriculum, while others are trying to teach their kids about other things apart from the books, like gardening, wildlife protection, cooking, etc.
Many teachers have started online portals to teach their kids the school curriculum. That’s what a mother has done to let her kid study online. But, she was left furious after the comment made by the teacher on the work.
The teacher wrote on the site that everyone should complete the assignment, and those who fail to complete it, she won’t be getting back on it. The mother took the “all caps” comment a bit seriously and found it rude.
The mother took it over the parenting website writing about the whole event and said that the teacher’s remark was rude. The other parents came on to the post to comment by rooting for the mother, while others remain neutral regarding the situation.
One of the parents wrote that a teacher could not say something rude like this. Another mother added that what is the problem if parents look into their kids’ assignments and help them complete on time.
