The two are facing up to ten years in prison after they have been convicted of being members of a neo-Nazi group. The parents are found guilty of being part of the banned extreme right group National Action.

An investigation of the couple’s home in Oxfordshire revealed Nazi memorabilia, a Ku Klux Klan outfit, and deadly weapons including axes, machetes, and crossbows.

Photos later emerged of the father, originally from the West Midlands, wearing a white hooded mask similar to the white supremacist group while cradling his baby.

Birmingham Crown Court heard that Thomas and Patatas named their child Adolf, which Thomas revealed as an ‘admiration’ of Hitler.

The KKK robes that Thomas wore in numerous photos were brought to the jury, including the image with his baby. The garments were inherited from his great-grandfather, who was a supporter of Oswald Mosley in 1930s.

Thomas met Patatas via the encrypted Telegram messaging app that is also favored by Islamic State recruiters. It was in November 2016 when she became pregnant with their baby.

The couple’s son will now be the subject of ‘normal safeguarding procedures’ but the social workers will have the decision about his future.

The jury of five women and six men found Thomas guilty of another offense of having a terrorist manual called the Anarchist’s Cookbook.

They were also told he and Patatas intended to wage a ‘holy war’ against Jewish, black, Asian, and gay people.

When asked about the name of their child, the father said it did ‘reflect an interest’ and ‘admiration’ of Hitler.

“It’s undeniable and I don’t make a secret of it. It does reflect an interest in that topic and admiration for what it represents,” Thomas told the court.

When asked if he was a racist, he said: “Yes.”

Prosecutor Barnaby Jameson QC told the court: “National Action is a group of vehement neo-Nazis, glorifying Hitler and the Third Reich.

“Openly and aggressively Nazi, National Action is anti-black, anti-Semitic, anti-Islamic and anti-gay. The world into which this case will take you is a world in which any right-thinking person would wish did not exist.

“All the defendants in this case were cut from the same National Action cloth. They were fanatical, highly motivated, energetic and closely linked.”

Thomas also said mix-raced children and homosexuals should be killed by beheading, stoning, and hanging.

“We could slaughter billions of non-whites no problem, we are superior….Personally all I want is a white homeland,” Thomas said.

“I don’t accept anyone who isn’t 100 per cent white.”
