A mother of six children revealed she only gives a bath to her kids three times a week and lets them eat with their hands.
Constance Hall who is a blogger explained “how she survives” to Mamamia and also shared the worst part of the dinner are dishes.
“Feast with your hands… I often put [out] a huge pile of vegetables along with another plate of sliced meat or whatever you’re making,” she said. The mom explained the reason for not giving her kids daily bath saying skipping a bath “won’t kill them.”
“They don’t have to bath or shower every day. They can quite often skip that part of the routine if it’s getting everyone down. I’m like, ‘Fine, stinky, go to school and gross everyone out’,” she added.
The Aussie mom shared how she manages to wash the clothes of her six kids as she advised fellow mothers to buy a set of colored buckets and label them for each child.
She says it will be easy for the kids to know which bucket belongs to them and they can put their clothes in it by themselves. The mom also advised other parents to have a “check-out time” and told hers is 7.30 pm.
“I’m not your mom; I’m not here. I’m not your slave, I’m just a statue of a woman who an hour ago wiped your bum and is now drinking wine chatting on the phone to her sister,” she said.
She shared a post on Facebook saying she doesn’t care if people label her as lazy as she thinks it is not easy to look after six kids.point 398 |
