Both Adults and children are alike when it comes to comprehending what is called a budget. It is a difficult concept to internalize, and that idea made mommy enter into a passionate discussion with her little daughter, Mila. This courageous kid heard about the term ‘budget’ for the first time from her mother. Well, if she had a prior knowledge of it before then she didn’t bother. Now that it has come to be part of their family, she needed a better understanding of it.
Her mom had no option but to explain to her in details. Whether she liked it or not, she owed her daughter an elaborate explanation. “What does it mean by the word budget?” Mila asked in surprise. Mom had no otherwise but to hit the nail on its head. She must also do it in a language that a two-year-old girl like Mila could easily understand.
Budget means there will be no more toys, trips to target, and the likes. That is how mom put it. Now that Mila is made aware, what will she say? Her reaction was the most unpredictable one. She had to deal with the reality. Her mom made her understand by explaining in a layman’s language. How would you have made Mila understand? Maybe that’s a question for another day.
Mom anticipated the reaction of her daughter, and she had a standby camera to capture all the actions. An expert in body language can extract a lot of information from photographs shown.
The little angel left everyone in bastes. Her pranks are thrilling to watch; no one expected that for sure.
What does this tell you? Educating young kids on the budget is vital. They should learn to know, right from the tender age, what budget means. Sometimes kids push their parents to the wall solely because they want to be like other kids in the neighborhood. They do not know that fingers are not of the same size. When they see their age-mates in the playground with beautiful toys, then they will need exactly that. As a parent, you need to have a strategy to make your children learn that saving is important. You have to convince them using any practical approach possible. For example, you may ask them to debate on the motion about “Receiving $5 weekly allowance is better than buying a toy worth $30.”
A less serious starting point like the one mentioned above can take you all the way to instilling in them the need to budget. In many cases, children force their parents to do an impulse buying, especially in a marketplace. Children wish to possess whatever beautiful that catches their sight. Small discussions may assist in reinforcing good spending habit in children, and that should start as early as possible. Our little Mila isn’t there yet. It was just a good start from her mom.
Mila was amazed at the idea of budgeting, and she didn’t hide it. Her reaction is quite comical, leaving everyone laughing. Her feeling towards the news is evident. A sudden stop to a routine always raises the alarm. Maybe an inflation of prices of commonly used commodities or whatever reason it was, that forced Mila’s mom to forgo some luxuries. Or she just wanted to get a better control on her expenditure. The main idea here is that we should prepare children for such situations so that they don’t into problems seen with Mila when things go wrong.
The captured video of Mila’s reaction went viral on the internet. She got just enough fans who affirmed that her reaction was purely comical. Her fans liked how she received the news on the budget in disbelief and her understanding of the word. Some described Mila as an actress in development as she had such adorable facial expressions which she reveals in response to her mom’s crushing news. Should her mom realize her talent and start nurturing her from the word go?
All that which is mentioned up there are in a video clip. If you have the chance, then you can watch the video and share the hilarious moments with others. It is thrilling on how some little children can be so open to their mom. Mila would have reacted otherwise to the news. Maybe walk away or burst into tears. Her case should be to her mom’s advantage to make her understand more of the budget.
