Mom Of Six Kids Who Is A TikTok Sensation Said She Is Often Mistaken For A 21-Year-Old


A 40-year-old mom claims many people always get shocked after learning about her age.

Claire Barratt who also runs her own business, Claireabella is one of the most famous Tik Tokers who has garnered 145,000 followers in a span of three months.

People were flabbergasted when she posted a photo of her driving licence to prove her age. Claire is the former PCSO and detention officer who lives in Hull with her husband Jon and six kids.

Claire said: “When I go viral people say I am caked in make-up and I will be. But in the same breath the video I made two days earlier I will have had no make-up on and will have just gotten out of bed in my dressing gown.”

“There is always a way for me to hit back at the critics. People say I only look 40 because of the make-up but I am comfortable in my own skin. I’m not bothered whether I look 40 or not.

“I am not on TikTok to say I am 40 look at me. I am here to have fun and say you can do it too. Don’t be hindered by other people’s judgement.”

She garnered more than 2000 comments on one of her videos that had the caption, “you don’t look old enough to have a 21-year-old son.”

One user wrote: “I mean if you’re 45 then you look 23 compared to my mom who’s 43.”

Another said: “Honestly you look so young I thought you were my age and I’m 24.”

“You literally look 20, spill the secret sis,” a third added.

Claire says her videos are a way to inspire other moms who get busy in bringing up their children that they get no time for themselves. She has worked for Humberside Police for seven years, and now is the CEO of Claireabella.

Celebrities like Amy Childs, Michelle Keegan and Denise Van Outen have worn Claire’s personalized bags. She says her staff members encouraged her to join TikTok again and her kids are really supportive.

She said, “I was reluctant because my kids were on it I didn’t have a clue what I was doing. Thankfully the kids gave me lessons and I posted a video of me with baby porridge down my top saying I was 40 and didn’t know why I was here and the reaction was instant.”

“My kids don’t want to be in my videos and rightfully so I am their mom. They are a bit flabbergasted with how it has taken off.

“But they are really supportive and proud I think. I have told them that if there is anything they are uncomfortable with me posting to come to me.

“My eldest Tom thinks it is brilliant and he keeps messaging me saying ‘mom ignore the haters they are just salty’ and he thinks I could have a million followers by the end of the year. That is my ultimate goal.”
