Recently the US military force raided the place where Abu Bakr was hiding and it led into him blasting himself up.
The news coming out says that the raid was a successful one as the authorities wanted to stop the ISIS leader no matter what and him killing himself is a point on that.
Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was the mastermind and leader of several territorial activities and thus it had become important for the military forces to put an end to him.
While the raid was a massive success and there was no loss of life of a military person, a military service dog was severely injured as he was the closest to Abu Bakr at the time he blasted himself up.
The dog whose breed or name has not been revealed was the only one to be injured in the raid but the administration authorities say he will be better soon and is under treatment right now.
The dog that had suffered injuries was following Abu Bakr as he led himself and his three children inside a tunnel to escape the arrest.
When he became sure that he will not be able to make it out, he blasted himself up along with his three children to escape being captured.
He was wearing a harness that had explosives on it.
The entire military team has been shaken up with the bravery of the dog as well as the harm they have to face now.
A solider said “He was a part of the team. If he is injured then the entire team is injured and we are praying for the brave soul to get better soon.
”The authorities have spoken on the same assuring that he will be fine soon even though he has suffered some serious injuries.
