The Duchess of Sussex was seen to accompany the Queen for their first joint engagement. All eyes were on the royal pair as they were seen together the first time for an official royal visit to Cheshire. Editor of Majesty magazine Ingrid Seward has revealed that Meghan may in time be able to refer to the Queen as ‘Mama’.
But for now, as a formality, Ms. Seward explains: ‘When Meghan greets the Queen… she will address her as Your Majesty and curtsy.
‘The next step up is using the term “Ma’am” which will be “thrown in the conversation as many times as possible.
‘Only then can Meghan start to refer to her grandmother-in-law by the pet-name, “Mama’.
The royal pair also visited the Storyhouse Chester – a theatre, cinema and library based in Chester’s historic city center – located in the historic city center. The bond between the Duchess of Sussex and the Queen was the center of attraction as both were seen as happy and comfortable in each other’s company.
Meghan won more of fans today as she mingled with Royal watchers who came out to greet her. Meghan seemed happy while greeting the fans.
The Queen accompanied the Duchess of Sussex, who officially opened Storyhouse, Hunter Street, Chester late today. Then, together, the pair attended a lunch at Chester Town Hall, 33 Northgate Street, Chester.
The awkward moment was when Meghan was unsure who will sit in the car first, she was seen offering to let the Queen go first. After stepping off the royal train at Runcorn they were promptly escorted towards a waiting car.
Meghan captured offering the Queen to go before her and they both appeared to be confused.
The Queen wore a green outfit and looked extremely beautiful.
The Queen’s designer said:‘’Her Majesty’s outfit is by Stewart Parvin. Hat by Rachel Trevor Morgan. The Duchess’s outfit is by Givenchy.’’
Social media praised the Queen for wearing Green for Grenfell.

It was Meghan’s first royal engagement without her husband Prince Harry and she was seen quite nervous. Body language experts reveal: ‘’Meghan is normally so confident with her body language so it was endearing to see her looking less assured with the Queen.’’
‘’I think partly she might have been missing Harry because a lot of body language rituals with him are quite reassuring. She was missing her wingman.’’
The Queen and Meghan also visited Storyhouse in Chester, where they took a tour of the building to visit the children’s library. They met Syrian settlement group engaged in craft work.
The Queen and The Duchess stopped at Chester Town Hall where they attended a lunch as guests of Chester City Council, which will mark the conclusion of their visit to Cheshire.
Grange Hill and Brookside creator Phil Redmond and wife Alexis, the High Sheriff of Cheshire, were among those gathered to greet the royals.
Mr. Redmond joked he should have asked Meghan if she wanted a part in his soap Hollyoaks.
He said: ‘I didn’t ask her, but there’s still lunch yet. She’ll have to go through the audition process like everybody else.’
Mrs. Redmond said: ‘It’s fantastic to have them here and it’s a big day for Cheshire.’
Alighting from the Royal train alongside the Queen, Meghan was greeted by David Briggs MBE, the Lord-Lieutenant of Cheshire.
He told the Duchess: ‘Welcome to Cheshire. I understand this is your first visit to northern England.’
The Duchess, wearing an outfit by Givenchy and clutching a handbag, replied: ‘That’s right yes.’
