A top writer has blasted Meghan Markle in a fiery opinion piece for The Sun as he accused the Duchess of wanting to be the Queen of England.
Tom Bower, a top investigative journalist famous for his unauthorized biographies, took a jab at the 39-year-old actress as he accused her of using the Royal Family to advance her “burning ambition” of finding fame in Hollywood.
As Bower, who was recently offered a 6-figure deal to tell the Duchess’s story based on his research, claimed, Meghan “wanted to be the Queen” because she wasn’t willing to walk behind other Royals.
“Like a Hollywood diva, she has cursed those who don’t understand that being the Duchess of Sussex was not enough. Walking in procession behind the other royals, especially Prince William and Kate, was demeaning,” Bower wrote in his opinion piece.
“She wanted to be the Queen of England. All those Britons who stood in her way are accused of sexism and racism.”
The author went on to say he believes Meghan used her title and her marriage to Prince Harry to “further her ambitions” and pursue her stardom in Hollywood.
Among other bombshell allegations, the biographer suggested that Meghan knew exactly what she was getting into and who she was marrying as he said it was all a part of her new script after getting ditched from Suits.
The fiery opinion comes as The Daily Mail reported sources confirmed Bower took on a 6-figure deal to write an unauthorized biography about the Duchess.
According to the publication, the forensic journalist will now begin a 12-month investigation into Meghan’s story and try to get to the bottom of it by talking to her and Harry’s friends, associates, and foes.
“This is the book Meghan will be dreading. Tom doesn’t pull his punches, and is terrifyingly thorough in his research. No stone will be left unturned,” a source told The Daily Mail.
“Tom has previously worked with some of his subjects, and even spent time trailing them, but it has been made perfectly clear to him that this will not be an option with Meghan.
“She wants no part of it. Given the events of recent weeks and months, this book will be dynamite – he reckons this is just the tip of the iceberg, and more will emerge over the next 12 months.”
