Meghan Markle’s Friend Claims The Royal Family Had ‘SEVERAL Conversations About Archie’s Skin Color’

Meghan Markle’s friend has made another claim against the Royal Family.

Omid Scobie, who wrote the couple’s biography Finding Freedom, alleged that the Royal Family had ‘several’ conversations about Archie’s skin color and were ‘unsympathetic’ to Meghan and Harry’s complaints.

He also said that the mother-of-two wants to return to the UK with her husband for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee but had no plans of visiting the country this month as she just gave birth to Lilibet Diana.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been accused of causing a rift with other members of the Royal Family after they went on many interviews.

During the bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey, the couple claimed that a senior royal questioned how dark their son Archie’s skin would be before his birth.

But Mr. Scobie recently claimed that Harry’s family was aware of the comment but were ‘unsympathetic’ to the Sussexes’ complaints.

It then became a “much bigger issue” because Meghan and Harry believed that it was “not just this one person” who was very concerned about Archie’s skin, Scobie claimed.

“There was one conversation that took place that affected them massively, when it came to someone within the royal family sharing concerns over the color of Archie’s skin,” Mr. Scobie continued.

“To Harry I can see how it is one conversation, to Meghan who would have been involved in the follow up conversations I can see – because there were other people aware of this conversation within the family and within the institution, that did also speak about it, some not so sympathetically.

“So you then are in a position where you start to feel well its not just this one person, it’s others as well and it becomes a much bigger issue.”

When asked if he knew who made the first comment about Archie’s skin color, Mr. Scobie said ‘pass.’

But he added: “And at the time, the biggest conversation was ‘did this come from a senior member of the royal family, a future head of state?’. If that individual is a head of state, then we as a public have a right to know because of course that is someone that is our head of state, head of the Commonwealth. And if they have an issue with race, we should know.”
