A Tallmadge, Ohio, man is suing McDonald’s after he found something in his milkshake that he didn’t order – a live mouse.

Kenneth Moyer Jr, 43, is asking for $140k or more from the damages he received mentally and physically from McDonald’s saying that he drank most of the milkshake before he found a live mouse inside. Moyer went to the drive-thru restaurant around 1:00 pm with his friends and both of them ordered milkshakes.

He said while he was drinking the shake he felt a bit of strange taste but didn’t give much attention.

Later on, he took the shake cup with him in his car and while driving his friend to his home, he noticed that the straw was moving weirdly.

He stopped for a while and when he noticed closely, there was a live mouse saying hello to him.

He says that he called his girlfriend the very next moment and told her about the whole thing. He started feeling sick also and kept on vomiting for the whole day.

Moyer went back to the restaurant around 11 pm and talked to the manager about what happened earlier that morning.

Moyer said, “The bottom line is it’s nasty and it’s wrong. However it got in there, it was wrong.”

On the other hand, the manager kept insisting that the mouse might have gone inside the cup somewhere from the car.

He said that the restaurant has been serving that area for 5 years and no one ever complained anything regarding the cleanliness of the restaurant.

He said, “Although we do not typically comment about pending litigation, we can confidently and adamantly state that the implications made in the complaint are wildly fabricated and false.”

Moyer, on the other hand, has decided to take the case to the court due to mental and physical distress. He is suing the fast food giant around $140k. Let’s see what happens.
