These include Marvel’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness on May 7, Universal’s Spirit Riding Free on May 14, The Matrix 4 and John Wick 4 on May 21, and Disney’s Cruella on May 28.

The other new faces we’ll see in The Matrix 4 will include Yahya Abdul-Mateen, Jessica Henwick, Neil Patrick Harris, and Jonathan Groff.
According to the rumors circulating about the upcoming movie, Abdul-Mateen will be appearing as a younger version of Morpheus, the character from the original Matrix Trilogy and Harris will have a villain role, but none of that is confirmed yet.
There are no details about any of the characters that have been confirmed officially.
The script of the new Matrix movie will be co-written by Lana Wachowski, Aleksandar Hemon, and David Mitchell.
Previously, Lana wrote the script for the Matrix trilogy along with her sibling Lily Wachowski.
As the studio is preparing to start making the latest iteration of The Matrix, they’ve also announced some other release dates. Top of the list is The Flash, which is going to be released on July 1, 2022.
