Marriage is a sacred bond between two individuals.
But, unfortunately, many people don’t seem to realize it. At the same time, there are also some people who can even go to lengths in order to preserve the sanctity of this relation.
And this is exactly what happened when a married man asked a married woman to go out with him via a Facebook message. The woman, thinking that the stranger would be unaware of her marriage, told him calmly that she was married. She wanted to divert his attention without hurting his ego so she sent him a kind reply telling him the reason for her denial.
But the situation didn’t proceed according to her expectation and he continued to send her messages. He told her he was also married and suggested that they could keep it a secret. Maybe he got the wrong idea when she called him a “catch” but still, he was clearly disrespecting the sanctity of a sacred relation such as marriage.
It was when the woman decided to teach him a lesson. She sent him the best reply ever, telling him how much she loved her husband. She told him how she was diagnosed with cancer and how her husband helped her to fight the horrendous disease. Her response clearly showed how loyal and devoted this woman was towards her husband.
After telling him how she feels, she clipped the conversation and posted it on social media to put the man in his place. The conversation went viral as soon as it was posted online.
Thousands of people applauded the woman for setting an amazing example of loyalty. Many responded with, “It feels good to know there are still wives (and husbands like yours) out there.” The incident gave hope to people that, even nowadays, commitment and honesty exist in long-term relationships.
