Dairy Queen Manager Flipped Middle Fingers At Customer Who Confronted Them For Not Wearing A Face Mask


A Dairy Queen manager was caught on camera lashing out at a customer and flashing her middle fingers after the man asked her for a refund.

The incident happened in Medford, New York, where Brandon Trotta visited a drive-thru Dairy Queen store together with his kids.

According to Trotta, the manager was called after he refused an ice cream allegedly prepared by an employee who wasn’t wearing a mask.

In the footage, the manager is seen wearing gloves but no protective face covering while talking to the customer. As she claimed, she’s not required to wear a mask due to not being in direct contact with people or food.

According to the New York State ‘Food Services Guidelines for Employers and Employees’ issued as the state began reopening, all staff working for “restaurants and food services establishments” are mandated to “wear face coverings at all times and that they practice hand hygiene and use bare hand barriers consistent with state and local sanitary codes.point 628 |

After Trotta called the manager a ‘Karen’ and asked for a refund, the woman told him to leave before flipping middle fingers at him.

“Give him his f***ing money and get out of here. Don’t come back again, okay?” the manager shouted.

After another employee handed the refund to Trotta, the father addressed the manager and said: “Put your mask on before you get your employees sick, loser.”

Responding was the Dairy Queen manager who flashed her middle fingers at the family.

Following the incident, Trotta shared the footage online and tagged the company in his message. Responding to the father were Dairy Queen who confirmed that the “crew member is on suspension pending an internal investigation.”

Trotta, however, wasn’t pleased with the company’s response and insisted the manager should be fired on the spot for showing middle fingers to him and his family.
