A 21-year-old man’s willy started to rot after he got it stuck in a metal pipe for five long days.
He didn’t want to seek medical attention until the pain became agonizing.
According to reports, he placed his genital in a sock before inserting it into a metal pipe and tried to make love with it.
But the tip became so swollen that the blood could not properly flow back and his penis was jammed in his make-shift toy.
He endured the pain for five days while trying to apply different types of lubricants to get rid of the pipe. But after days of attempt, he finally decided to go to a hospital as the pain became unbearable.
The unnamed man told doctors that he had used the metal pipe to masturbate twice. However, he tried to use a sock and he couldn’t free himself this time.
His penis started rotting inside the pipe before he decided to contact emergency services and he was rushed to a hospital.
Doctor Akachai Buapathum said it took three hours to cut the metal from the patient’s penis. “When I first saw his penis it was already swollen.
“The bolt and nuts he put on were 3mm thick and we had to cut them open with a small blade. We used 25 blades and spent more than three hours on the operation.
“The man had been experimenting with adding a black sock to his sex toy, but this was one of the reasons that he was stuck.”
Doctor Sitra Likisakul also said that the patient could have lost his private area as the skin had already rotted so badly that his tissue was already visible.
“It’s very dangerous to have the penis in this situation for three hours, let alone five days,” he said.
“The penis was stuck because when it was erect in the bolt, the cavities filled with blood. But afterwards the blood couldn’t return and stayed in the glands at the top of the penis. The organ then began rotting.”
He added: “Being stuck like this for just three hours could cause someone to lose their penis but this man was stuck for five days. I am still shocked that he survived.”
