As the young man insists, he is more flexible than most people and has no health problems despite his skyrocketing weight.

“I love my body. Hitting 300lbs – or 21st 6lb – in my first semester at university made me feel amazing, and most importantly it felt right,” Spartan admitted.

“The majority of the drive behind it was sexual at first, but as time has gone on it has become much more of a lifestyle choice.”

To keep up with his weight gain, the 28-year-old has to eat up to four times more than an average person each day. While he needs to consume a minimum of 3,800 calories per day to maintain his weight, Spartan sometimes gobbles up as much as 11,000 calories in a single day.

“I’m still more flexible than most people who are a normal size – I can put my foot behind my head and my blood pressure and blood sugar is fine,” he added.

“I should go to the doctors to get checked more regularly, but it isn’t the weight you are, it’s how you got there. Did you get to 400lb by eating doughnuts, or, like me, by eating home-cooked meals?

“I acknowledge there are people who say I’m putting my health at risk, but the numbers say I’m not and I love my body.”

According to Spartan, who has found solace in the gainers community when he was still a teenager, being obese is what suits him and how he wants to live his life.

As the gay man also revealed, he is definitely not suffering from a shortage of admirers, whereas he often gets hooked up not only with like-minded individuals but also with muscle men who are attracted to his big body.

“I think one of the reasons why I’m so popular is because my weight has distributed very evenly, so far,” Spartan said. “Even now, my belly isn’t the biggest, but my boobs are huge. It goes all over me: chin, fingers, toes, face, back, everything.”

The 28-year-old also went on to encourage other people to be more understanding of gainers like him who feel the better the bigger they are.

“People think it is a freakshow, but actually it is far more common than they would realize – particularly in the heterosexual world, with women wanting to have big butts and big boobs,” Spartan said.

“It is all about being comfortable in your own body. For some people that can be because of a simple haircut, for others it can be gender, or, as in the gainer community, it’s our size. All we are trying to do is achieve happiness with how we look and who we are.”
