A man was caught on camera climbing over a wall and running away on train tracks after assaulting a train station security guard.

The incident occurred in Essex, UK, where the suspect allegedly entered the Laindon station and attacked a security guard.
According to the witness who caught the bizarre scene on camera, the perpetrator was accompanied by two men who managed to board the train despite the guards trying to stop them.
The suspect, however, was blocked from entering the train and reacted by attacking the guard and running away after he got cornered.
He then climbed the 10-foot wall of the station and ran away on the train tracks, much to the disbelief of the security personnel who were standing at the side of the railroad and watching as the guy blazed off.
Despite his fierce attempt to make a getaway, however, the man was arrested by the police at a nearby location just minutes after the brawl at the station.
“I heard commotion going on. There was security at the train station trying to contain three people,” Ben, the man who caught the incident on camera, explained.
“Two of them jumped the ticket barriers, got onto a train to London and this guy was left on his own. He didn’t get very far and police caught him two minutes down the road.”
Following the incident, the British Transport Police representative also spoke out and confirmed that “officers were called to Laindon station at 5.20pm on Thursday following reports that a man had assaulted a security guard.
“The man then made off from staff by running across the train tracks. A 44-year-old man from Romford was arrested in the nearby area on suspicion of trespass and common assault. He remains in police custody.”
