A 34-year old man named Christopher Puente got convicted of a criminal offense for sexually abusing a 3-year old girl inside a McDonald’s toilet.
Earlier on the same day, Puente was charged of trespassing a local business near River North and, subsequently committed this hideous act.
The police said that the 3 year old girl got away from her parents for some time and Puente exactly took advantage of that situation.
When asked to the girl’s parents, both of them said that had they not left their daughter like this, this mishap wouldn’t have taken place.
As a result of that, Puente is currently being convicted of dual criminal charges including trespassing into a business as an intruder as well as raping a girl child who is 31 years younger than him.
The police of Chicago said that the man seems to be wearing tan pants and a black jacket paired up with white gym shoes as well as a white bag according to the picture posted.
It was around 8:20 in the morning when the man satisfied his lust on the 3-year-old girl. After Puente has been caught by the Chicago cops for sexually abusing a 3-year-old girl child, he has become subject to a predatory criminal assault.
However, this is not the first time that this type of incident has taken place. A 4-year-old girl child was also sexually abused at a McDonald’s outlet in Oklahoma before.
The man who had committed this act was identified as David Kabarta, who after being caught kept on denying his misdeed and said that he was simply washing his hands.
Hopefully, Christopher Puente will also get an exemplary punishment that will help in putting an end to this kind of event forever.
