As he told the Italian website, he weighed nearly 230 pounds when he was 18 years old. Due to his round face, he was allegedly not welcomed by fashion agencies as he tried to pursue his dreams.

“It was not a good time, as I had just broken up with my girlfriend, which made me feel that she no longer liked me physically and that I had grown too big,” he expressed.

After being told to lose at least 60 pounds before returning, Luca dedicated his free time to transforming his body and his face. He also started calling himself the CEO of Jawline although it isn’t clear what this label entitles.

“Those who follow me know that in addition to training that jaw there was more, and I posted some important messages,” Luca insisted.
