The black race is a race of minority in the USA and thus receives some help from the government.
But kids of all black parents, who are in need of the help of government, do not receive the help even when they are black just because they do not look black.
It is not always necessary for a child born to be born to one white and one black parent to always be black; they can be white and still have the black DNA.
A man from the US, Ralph Taylor, says that he should be considered a black as he has 4% of black DNA.
With this, he means that his insurance business should get the benefits of the minority as his DNA says he is a man of the minority.
He also says that the laws that are specially designed in favor of minority groups to support them and to help them rise in the country they call their own, the people should not be benefited on the basis of their race but on the basis of their financial status which comes out of his only point of argument that one cannot say who exactly comes in the count of ‘black’.point 410 | 1
He mentioned a conversation he had in the Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprise (OMWBE) with the minority judging officer.
Ralph asked “what is black culture? is it what Snoop Dogg follows? or Dr. Dre or Ludacris or Colin Powell? What is it?” Answering that the officer said that he does not know it because he is not black.
Ralph said that he will be suing the officer to say the words he should not have which again brings him to the point that one cannot tell who is black and who is not by their face.
