Watch Man Maintain Innocence Before Oath After Being Accused Of Assaulting Two Babysitters!

The man who was accused of sexually assaulting two babysitters he hired to take care of his children has maintained his innocence in the court and claimed that everything that happened between him and the girls was consensual.
Dion Earl from Maricopa County, Arizona, was arrested back in 2017 after two babysitters aged 18 and 21 accused him of assaulting them in his Mesa home.
Allegedly, the former soccer team coach trapped them inside his room and prevented them from leaving before touching them.
During the court hearing, however, Dion maintained his innocence and claimed that everything was consensual. As he insisted, one of the babysitters kissed him first while things heated up between him and the other one after she offered to massage him.
“Cheek to cheek, and then it just happened. She — not completely — but got on top of me, and we kissed and it was not a peck,” Earl said.
“You never told your babysitter that this was wrong, it needs to stop? Yes or no question. Yes or no,” the prosecutor asked, to which the man responded with a ‘no.’
Following the court appearance, the opposition wasn’t convinced by Earl’s statements.
“With predators, this is what they do. They try to become the victim. What employer asks babysitters and 18-year-olds and young women for a massage after their first initial meet?” the father of one of the victims said.
Besides the two cases involving babysitters, three other women have claimed that Earl took sexual advantage of them.
“All these women coming to court testifying against you, and they’re all lying?” the prosecutor asked during the hearing.
“Uh, yeah. I have no motivation other than, to tell the truth,” Earl replied.
