Creator Of ‘Love Is Blind’ Said He 100 Percent Wants To Make More Seasons Of The Show


Chris Coelen, the creator of dating reality series Love Is Blind has revealed that he is ‘100 percent’ willing to make more seasons for the show, provided that the streaming service allows it.

The creator of the reality show is even ready to come up with the UK edition of the Netflix series.

The show is aimed at finding love for those who want to be loved for who they are, instead of how they look.

The contestants, who remain unaware of each other’s identity and appearance, only come to know one another after proposing for marriage.

After the great success seen by the first season, Coelen told OprahMag that he wants the return of the show. He said: “I want to see a season 2 or a season 12. Don’t you?”

Speaking to Metro, Coelen said: “We’re certainly talking about [season 2], yeah.

“I think it’s safe to say we’ll be seeing people put to the test of whether love is blind well into the future. That’s what I would certainly hope for.”

Talking specifically about the launch of the UK edition of the reality show, he said: “Absolutely! One hundred percent yes. Let’s make it happen, I’d love it.”
