A French landlord took revenge to their old filthy tenants who trashed his property.
Thomas Ravaux, from Rozoy-sur-Serre, Aisne had tenants whose behavior was very bad and they vacate his property after not paying rent for a full 14 months.
Not only this but the tenants were very untidy and they left a mess inside the rental house. Ravaux was finally frustrated after seeing empty boxes, uncleaned litter box and the site was a dirty mess.
The tenants had moved to a new home and Ravaux decided to take revenge to teach them a lesson.
He filled a dump truck with tenants’ abandoned belongings and went out to deliver it to the one who deserves it. Ravaux reached his old tenants’ new home and dumped the truck’s contents which they had left at his home right at their front door.
Ravaux posted photos of the mess the tenants left on his Facebook page, saying: “Shame on you.”
He wrote: “This is how this flat was returned to me.
“Living like that with three kids, bravo. Shame on you.
“Good luck to your new landlord.”
The post attracted many social media users and thousands of people commented on it.
