The 39-year-old singer has been required to pay Brandon Blackstock $150k a month in spousal support since April 2020. But she was also ordered another $45k per month in child support for their children Remington, 5, and River, 7.

Legal documents obtained by The Blast also showed details into Clarkson’s finances, showing that she earns $1,583,617 a month.

The order also requires Clarkson to pay an additional $1.25 million to cover Brandon’s attorney fees.

The documents show that Clarkson’s ex/former manager has decided to change careers, leaving the entertainment industry behind to pursue ranching.

According to the filings, Blackstock “made a very deliberate choice to change his life and become a rancher full-time.”

Documents also reveal that he plans to earn money sponsoring rodeos and tending to his livestock and land.

Blackstock’s team claims he is out of the music business and that he “spends minimal time regarding his representation of his remaining client, Blake Shelton.”

Clarkson had previously asked the court to terminate her ex-husband’s ability to seek spousal support and for their prenuptial agreement to be ‘enforced.’

Earlier this month, she asked the courts to legally declare her single after she filed for divorce last year.

It was in 2011 when Clarkson and Blackstock started dating before they tied the knot in 2013.

Blackstock also shares 17-year-old daughter Savannah and 13-year-old son Seth with his ex-wife Melissa Ashworth.

One person commented: “Hopefully she doesn’t have to support him for the rest of his life.”

Another wrote: “So the judge refused to enforce their prenup and she has to pay him even though he doesn’t have the kids full time? A hitman would work for 2 weeks worth of that, just saying.”
