After a “difficult decision,” the Kardashians have announced that their iconic reality show is coming to an end following 14 years of screen time.
In her heartfelt message shared on Instagram, 39-year-old Kim broke the news about the future of their show and thanked her fans for the support they’ve shown throughout the years.
“To our amazing fans – It is with heavy hearts that we’ve made the difficult decision as a family to say goodbye to Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” the entrepreneur wrote.
“After what will be 14 years, 20 seasons, hundreds of episodes and numerous spin-off shows, we are beyond grateful to all of you who’ve watched us for all of these years – through the good times, the bad times, the happiness, the tears, and the many relationships and children. We’ll forever cherish the wonderful memories and countless people we’ve met along the way.”
As the American media personality and actress went on to say, she wouldn’t be where she is in life if it wasn’t for their show.
In her post, the model also thanked businesses and individuals who showed their support for the series and the Kardashian family throughout the years.
Concluding her announcement, Kim wrote:
“I am so incredibly grateful to everyone who has watched and supported me and my family these past 14 incredible years. This show made us who we are and I will be forever in debt to everyone who played a role in shaping our careers and changing our lives forever.”
Following the announcement, the E! networks confirmed that the latest season of the TV show will air in 2021 as they thanked the family for “letting us into their daily lives.”
