Kate Middleton Stunned In A Black Alexander McQueen Gown, Joined By Prince William For The Royal Variety Performance


Kate Middleton looked stunning as the Royal couple were snapped in the royal box at the London Palladium Theatre.

The royal couple was captured laughing and giggling in the Royal Box. The comedy duo introduced the royal couple and joked that they were on a “date night.”

The comedians asked royal couple whether they had paid the babysitter to stay “until 12 or 1” and joked: “It’s always worth £20($24) for the extra hour.”

Ranganathan said he also had three kids and guessed that William and Kate thought the same thing when they saw their three little faces running into their bedroom each morning: “Why did we do this?”

Beckett and Ranganathan also made fun of their mothers in the audience “sitting on the subs bench like the cast of Loose Women”.

Ranganathan joked that his mother was “technically an illegal immigrant”.

Kate and William attended the event third time, both made an appearance in 2014 and 2017.

Kate looked wore a floor-length black lace Alexander McQueen gown and wore her glossy locks in loose curls. She was looking amazing.

William wore a traditional black tuxedo. The royal couple greeted many performers as well as executives from the Royal Variety Charity and ITV.

The event is the part of Royal Variety Charity, formally known as The Entertainment Artistes’ Benevolent Fund, of which The Queen is Patron.

The Royal Variety Performance has been watched by over 152 million TV viewers worldwide, and it becomes the most successful and longest-running entertainment show in the world.

Headline act Sir Rod Stewart backed out at the last minute after “strict doctor’s orders” due to a throat infection.

He tweeted that he was “absolutely devastated” to be unable to perform and described it as an “amazing show which I love being part of”.

He added: “I’m very disappointed that I can’t be there to give my support.”

Other A-listers who make their appearances were Robbie Williams – who met William on the night – and wife Ayda Field.

Kate was given flowers picked from the garden of the Royal Variety Charity’s residential home in west London, Brinsworth House.
