The Duchess of Cambridge looked dazzling on her first official engagement with Prince William after maternity leave.
Kate and her husband, Prince William, arrived at the Global Ministerial Mental Health Summit in London.
Kate, 36, looked incredibly gorgeous in a bespoke lavender Emilia Wickstead dress that she teamed with nude Gianvito Rossi heels and a handbag from Aspinal of London.
Kate wore this Emilia Wickstead dress on her Royal tour of Germany back in 2017 as well. Not only Kate, but William also recycled his suit as he wore this same Savile Row dark blue suit more than a year ago.
At the event, the couple was introduced to Columbia-born contemporary artist Dario Vargas, who asked the couple to add their own special touch to a painting created by him.
William immediately said: ‘My wife, she’s the arty one!’
While Kate looked a little nervous while adding a small contribution to the painting.
‘Where can you hide it?’ Kate joked before adding a daub of white paint.
‘It’s almost ruined the picture. No, this is probably how you ruin a picture,’ William joked.
At the mental health summit, they first attend a session on Children, Young People, and the Next Generation.
William asked one delegate: ‘Have you noticed a shift in attitude in the last few years and months. Have you notice a general change, can you see this the shift? Are we slowly waking up to mental health?’
Kate and William were in good spirits as they giggled, laughed and met representatives from mental health organizations at County Hall in London.
