Johnny Depp filed a lawsuit of $50million for a defamation lawsuit against his wife as she, Amber Heard, accused him of domestic violence.
For the safety of women, the law passed a protective order against domestic violence and it is a major law. But women around the world have started taking it the other way around as well.
There have been cases where the case of domestic violence was a false one and the pretending victim was not a victim in reality.
Johnny Depp was accused of domestic violence by his ex-wife Amber Heard back in 2016 which he called of being a complete hoax. To give an answer to the same, Johnny has filed a lawsuit against her now for falsely accusing him of domestic violence.
The lawsuit references from an article written by Heard who wrote it for Washington Post last year. In the article, she said that she has been receiving death threats and has lost most of her work after she accused Depp of abusing her.
Depp’s lawsuit states that the implication made against him is demonstrably and categorically completely false. His lawyer said “Mr. Depp has been a kind man and has never abused Ms. Heard.
The allegation she made in 2016 are false. The allegations she made were just hoax and were just made so that she can gain some positivity to gain popularity and publicity to support her career.
The lawsuit states “Ms. Heard is not a victim of domestic abuse, she is a perpetrator.”
