Colonel Sanders is mostly remembered as the founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken. But only a few remember him for the other great deeds he did in his lifetime.
Despite owning a chain of restaurant, Colonel Sanders reveals that he acquired the real joy of his life ten years later after he established his Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in the year 1952.
As per the founder of one of the most popular fast food restaurant chain, his life got better with his age. Tile the age of 65, he didn’t like the idea of opening up KFC as he believed that he was too old for managing such a huge responsibility.
In a 1979 interview, Sanders spoke about his business along with his thoughts of generosity and his immense faith in Christianity. Just after this interview, Sander breathed his last breath.
Colonel Sanders explained how for most of his life he thought of devoting his life to Jesus came across his mind, but he somehow ignored the though and continued with his life. But when he reached the age of 77, he finally devoted his life to Jesus and explained it as one of the best experience that he had experienced in his lifetime.
Sander soon started urging the older ones to accept Christianity before it becomes too late for them. He urges them not to ignore the calling of the lord.
Talking about his achievements, Sanders revealed that he realized that regardless of how much good work he does in his lifetime, he will never get to heaven unless he devotes his life to Lord Jesus. When you have God in your heart, then is when you will earn salvation.
Sander started a nonprofit organization whose primary motto was to improve the life of the employees along with their families. The foundation even helped the employee who wanted to do some further studies.
As per Sanders, his business managed to flourish since he never resisted helping others.
