There is an incredibly beautiful tiny town of Teora that sits on the base of Mount Cresta del Gallo.
It is not too far from the Amalfi coast as well as the town of Puglia located on the hills of Southern Italy.
The beauty of the town is not the best thing that we are talking about here today. We are talking about something incredible, an opportunity that can help you have a house to live in for almost free in his town.
The government of the town is going to pay you to live in the town.
Recently, Italian communities have brought out a new trend where they have been selling an empty house in just 1 euro.
They have also given several homes away for free just to attract residents and this is the same motto Teora has but they are going to apply a different tactic for the same purpose.
Mayor of the town Stefano Farina says that by helping the people financially will benefit people more than just giving them the house away for free or for 1 euro.
She said that even though the houses have been given away at such an incredibly low price or for free, the next task to do was to renovate the house and so people decided to make those house vacation houses instead.
However, Farina’s plan for Teora says that they are going to welcome newcomers who would have to take 3 years residency in the town first to avail £125 every month for the rent.
Also, the couple living in the house should at least have one child to avail the funds for rent. This will make the couple enroll their child in the local school of town and thus the growth of the town will definitely occur.
