Adorable 2-Year-Old Daughter Busted Her Expert Moves During Her Fitness Coach Dad’s Online PE Lessons


British fitness coach Joe Wicks’ live-streamed lesson went viral after his 2-year-old daughter intervened and showed her squatting skills.

Since all the schools had been closed due to the prevalence of coronavirus, the Body Coach was delivering his PE lessons online.

While teaching some steps, the 33-year-old got an extra partner when his adorable kid broke in.

“Show them how you squat. So good! That’s amazing! That’s the best squats you’ve ever done! I got distracted by Indie. Indie let’s do another stretch.”

The lovely child literally rocked the screen when she started doing her squats with the fitness teacher.

Indie is the daughter of Joe and Rosie, a former model. The couple has a son too, named Marley.

The Sun recently revealed that Joe was holding talks about a project with Channel 4 after getting astronomical fame through his YouTube videos.

His ‘online PE lesson’ was watched by more than a million households.

Joe isn’t going to work with the television network for the first time. In 2018, he hosted two series of the show, Joe Wicks: The Body Coach, aired on Channel 4.

A media source reported: “Channel 4 have worked with Joe previously and were straight onto him once they saw he was going to be hosting live workouts daily.

“His YouTube streams have been watched in their droves, so they have offered him a deal to host a daily show for them which would be aired to the nation to get kids, and adults, moving every morning.

“Nothing is signed yet but they are all hopeful something will work out.”

Speaking of the need of staying dynamic and healthy especially in these times, Joe said before his 9 am drill: “With the schools closed and with us all spending more time at home, it’s more important than ever that we keep moving and stay healthy and positive.
