If you want to eat healthy food for losing weight, your nutrition experts will advise you to cut or avoid some foods as part of a healthy diet.

Wraps: Do you know that nutritionists prefer bread to wraps, yes you heard it right. “Many people don’t realize how many calories are in the average restaurant wrap,” says Bealert.  Most wraps contain around 300 calories, which can affect your weight immediately.
