Two identical twin sisters have spoken out about their strict diet and exercise routine that they have set up in order to achieve and maintain the same looks.
Besides making these lifestyle adjustments, 31-year-old Michelle and Miriam Carolus from Miami, Florida, are also matching their outfits and undergoing the same plastic surgeries.
As the twins claim, they maintain their 40-inch buttocks by doing as many as 2,000 squats per day. If one of them completes the series the other one needs to as well.
The ‘Double Dose twins,’ who “focused on having the same exact bodies, so our measurements stay exactly the same,” have already gained far over 1.3 million Instagram followers who can’t get enough of the pair and provide the pair with a satisfying revenue.
“We’re focused on having the same exact bodies so our measurements stay exactly the same,” Michelle said.
“If one of us gains or losses in a part of their body, the other tries to match up. To maintain the curves, we have to do a lot of abs, leg and butt exercises.”
While exercise helps them enhance and match their looks, the twins previously underwent breasts enlargement which landed them a C-cup. Following the procedure in 2013, the pair upgraded to D-cups in 2017. They also got matching nipple piercings to complement their new breasts.
Despite having a mountain of fans and ex-boyfriends, both sisters are currently single. According to them, their inseparable lifestyle is what led to the majority of their breakups.
“When you take on one of us, you really take on both of us because we spend all our time together,” Miriam said.
“It’s been very challenging,” her sister added.
“For a relationship to work with one of us, the man would need to love my sister but never see her in a sexual way, even though we both look the same and have the same curves.
“It’s kind of hard. He has to understand that, ‘this is my girl, this is her sister’ and they are always going to be around each other.”
After a series of failed relationships, the twins are now moving in a new apartment together.
“We thought the nice thing about living apart would be space for our love lives. Also we could get away from each other if we got on each other’s nerves,” Michelle said.
“But actually we might as well be back living together because we spend all our time together anyway. We work together, play together, need to work on our bodies, everything.”
