Since his face began to turn pink, his dad asked him to take a break. As anyone in his place would do, he grabbed a bottle of cold water and drank it.

Posterior getting back to work for a short while, he sat in the car to turn on the air conditioning and sipped another bottle of cold water. Within a few minutes, he began to feel strange.

At that time, Adam thought he had worked too hard that he began to sweat so much. However, the reason was cold water. He claimed that when he chugged the first bottle, the water was not enough to get him sick. Nonetheless, the second bottle made him a little confused and his head became a little foggy.

Furthermore, his feet and hands started to tingle heavily and his stomach began to turn.

When he opened the door to throw up, he seemed to have caught the ground with his face and no hands.

After getting assisted through an ambulance, he found out from Dr. Sarah Jarvis that when a person intakes something very cold very quickly, the tiny blood vessels in the sinuses tend to rapidly contract and expand.

The symptoms that the man experienced were similar to a condition when there is a lack of blood in the brain.

Therefore, Dr. Jarvis highly opposes of drinking ice-cold water.

An individual must keep drinking water frequently throughout the day. Do not forget, the water must be at room temperature.
