A five-bedroom house that looks just like any other house from the outside has left house-hunters ‘horrified.

No, we’re not talking about any ghosts here; the reason people get horrified after having a look inside the house is the bizarre number of downlighters and plug sockets present in it.
Located in Pinner, Middlesex, the “family haven” is up on sale for £1.3m ($1.68m) but so far, no would-be buyers have shown any interest in purchasing the house.
The strange property emerged online when Toby Davies tweeted the Rightmove link to the house.
“Thinking about buying this house, but I’m not sure it has enough plug sockets,” he quipped in the tweet, which has since gone viral on the internet.
Rightmove described the property as a “family haven situated in a family-friendly location… The accommodation briefly comprises of a bright and spacious entrance hallway with doors leading to all rooms.
“The dining room enjoys a bay window adding a natural flow of light into the property.”
The kitchen, which according to the real estate company is “stunning,” has a lot of natural light and includes “a range of eye and base level units including integrated appliances, a breakfast bar.”
As soon as the house got the attention of Twitter users, people around the world started making their own assumptions about why the property was flooded with so many outlets.
One person wrote: “Was this an electrician’s training center at one point?” Another user quipped: “Were they running the CIA from the front room?”
Some wondered what would be the cost of the electricity bill in such a house. The biggest issue, however, was that none of the plug sockets were lined up.
One user said: “[The plugs] are all different and not straight and I don’t know what to think any more.”
Another person added: “Considering electrical is usually a trade where very little of the work is seen, you’d think that the sparky would at least try to get the visible bit looking nice.”
The electricians were horrified at the sight of the sockets, with one person writing: “As an electrician this makes me deeply uncomfortable…”
Another electrician added: “I’d have had a mental breakdown after first fixing one room. Dread to think how long that little lot took to install.”
