While bigger doesn’t always mean better, people can’t get enough of the world’s largest donuts that are offered by a hotel as a part of their package.

The JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, California, came up with a ‘Donut Disturb’ package that costs $219 upward per night and comes along with a massive 10-pound donut that consists of 28,000 calories.
Since its implementation, the package has attracted various celebrities, travelers, and social media influencers.
Along with the overnight stay and the biggest donut in the world, the visitors are also treated to a $50 voucher that can be used in the resort.
“The team wanted to create something that reflected the kitchen’s creativity and imagination in a way that was both visually stunning but also delicious. Room service doesn’t need to be Caesar salad and turkey club sandwiches — it can be fun, messy and over-the-top,” executive chef Peter Smith said in an interview with Moneyish.
Besides the record-breaking donut, some other foods that have hit the headlines due to their massive size include burgers and pizzas.
The world’s largest burger was designed by Mallie’s Sports Grill & Bar in Michigan and measures three feet in height and weighs over 550 pounds.
Due to its massive size, the $8,000 burger needs to be ordered three days in advance and has to be transported in a shipping container.
As for the largest deliverable pizza in the world, Big Mama’s & Papa’s Pizzeria from Los Angeles offers a 20-square-foot long monster that weighs 50 pounds and consists of 60,000 calories.
