A man named Reece Wane found a hilarious best man speech tucked inside the pages of a history book he ordered online.
Reece from Leeds ordered a history book from Amazon about the Teutonic Knights and found a best man speech tucked inside the pages of the book.
The best man’s speech was for a man named Tom Fletcher who was getting married to Becky.
The speech starts with: “If there’s anybody here this afternoon who is feeling, nervous, apprehensive and queasy at the thought of what lies ahead, it’s probably because you have just got married to Tom Fletcher.”
The best man even compared the groom’s dancing skills to those of David Brent from The Office. The speech has several hilarious jokes before ending on a happy note.
Reece found the speech hilarious as he said: “It’s so generic and he’s used so many classic British humour jokes. There is some real personal stuff in there and you can see he’s properly trying to wind his bate mate up.”

The 27-year-old is now trying to find the author of the hilarious speech. He said he tried to track down the author but couldn’t find him.
Reece believes the wedding hasn’t happened yet as the paper is really fresh and that’s why he wants to return the speech as soon as possible.
He said: “I’d like to get it back to him. He probably spent days writing it and now he has lost it. If I’d lost one, I’d be gutted. It hasn’t been there for long because the paper is really fresh.”
“I’ve got his back if he wants to have it returned, for sure.”
