19-year-old Rhys Langford was a teenager with a heart of gold who started a fundraiser for 6-year-old Jacob Jones after finding out the boy required expensive treatment for neuroblastoma to save his life.

Not only did Rhys, who was suffering from cancer at the time, start a fundraiser that eventually racked up more than $60,000 in donations but he also gave away all of his life savings – $1,000 – for the young boy’s treatment.
