A Marvel fanatic set strict rules for his girlfriend for their cinema trip to watch Avengers: Endgame.
And his ‘stern letter’ containing a list of dos and don’ts is now doing the rounds on the internet.
Cyrille Sokpor wrote a comprehensive set of instructions to his girlfriend Kamilla Rose.
The letter was shared by Rose on her Twitter, captioned: “My boyfriend sent me a very sternly worded note about our cinema trip to see #AvengersEndgame tomorrow.
“Mad because I thought it was just date night.”
Turns out, the guy wasn’t just messing around. His letter says: “We will not be queuing to buy popcorn, please make prior arrangements.
“You are not permitted to consume any food during the film including end credits – you may quietly drink water.”
He continues: “I will not be moving to allow you to pass for a toilet break – find an alternative route. You will not communicate with me during the trailers or the duration of the film (inc end credits).
“In case of an emergency involving our son, I give you full authority to leave and take control – I will join you after the film (including end credits).
“‘After the film (including end credits) we will have a 30 minute debrief session to discuss the events, followed by a period of quiet personal reflection.
“It is acknowledged that I may not be my usual self post this film. Please do not be alarmed. Thank you for your cooperation. I look forward to a pleasurable viewing experience.
“Kind regards. Cyrille.”

And as you would’ve expected, the internet agreed with the instructions, with one user saying Cyrille’s letter ‘sounds perfectly reasonable’.
Another Marvel fan added: “I laughed so hard… Because I think this is more than reasonable.”
Avengers: Endgame has been receiving astonishing reviews after the much-awaited movie was released around the world last weekend.
Erik Davis, managing editor at Fandango, says in his spoiler-free review: “Avengers: Endgame is a masterful epic – a true culmination of 22 films that not only concludes the story, but expands upon it.
“You’ll learn more about the other movies while this one unfolds. If Infinity War is the brawn, Endgame is the brains. And wow, what an ending!
“Do not go in expecting Infinity War part two. The two films are so different, yet compliment each other in all the best ways. In terms of which MCU movie to watch beforehand… honestly, all of them.
“What an experience – what an accomplishment.
“Not going to spoil anything at all, but I will say I laughed, I cried, I cried, I cheered, I laughed, I cried again and then the entire audience gave it a massive standing ovation.
“And then I cried again. Be ready, kids. Be. Ready.”
