Have you ever thought of having muscles like Terry Crews or a body like Kim Kardashian but every time you go in front of a mirror, you start feeling down? Well, relax, nothing is impossible in this world and Karina is proof of it.
San Diego State University student Karina Rutledge was just a normal student, like any one of us. But the way she altered her body shape in a few months is really inspiring. This is a motivation for anyone out there who think, they can’t have a perfect looking body.
After breaking up with her boyfriend, she was so depressed and started losing weight until a point that doctors told her she was unhealthily skinny.
“After we broke up I was sad.
I didn’t know how to pick myself up again.I finally got out of a toxic relationship and I just didn’t have a clue what to do. Then I started seeing all of these fitness gurus on Instagram and YouTube how they were able to transform their bodies by lifting weights.
” Karina told while talking about her life story.
But that breakup and doctor’s warning was a motivation for her to start thinking about life and start loving her body. She decided to join a gym and started weight lifting. She isn’t on diet anymore, isn’t depressed at all, eats pizza whenever she wants and eats ice-creams whenever she has the craving for.
Since she started lifting, not only her physique changed completely, but her ‘entire personality has changed’. Other gym members said that she trains her glutes two to three times a week, shoulders twice a week, and her back and biceps once a week.
Karina is now a role model, Instagram celebrity and a famous Youtuber who makes videos to inspire girls to shape their bodies the way they want. It took her 4 months before the change started appearing in her body and from there she never stopped.
Karina is no doubt an inspiration for the young generation. Breakups are part of life but loving yourself is the most important thing.
