Doting grandparents have built a 350 square feet playhouse that people compared to Hogwarts castle for their beloved 2-year-old granddaughter.

While the large and possibly the best-looking playhouse in the world doesn’t serve as a school for wizards and witches, the grandparents definitely made sure it looks like it was from a fairytale.

The two-story building is located at a family home in Eastern Ontario, Canada, and was ordered by Dave and Ruby Dunlop who wish to spoil their granddaughter Logan.

The idea was brought to life by the company called Charmed Playhouses, whereas it took professional builders as much as six weeks to build the house and an additional three days to deliver and set it up.

While little Logan can’t yet appreciate everything that the structure offers, she will surely love to explore her getaway playhouse when she grows older.

According to the family, the fortress is packed with Harry Potter elements such as Hogwarts snow globe, broomsticks, a toy basilisk, and so on. There are also several paintings of headmaster Albus Dumbledore, a frame invitation letter, and the school’s map.

“My daughter and her partner are huge Harry Potter fans – but none of us really know how to design a building, let alone a playhouse!” Dave said.

“We felt it would be so neat if Logan had a special place for her to come and play with at Pa’s and Gram’s.

“Even a month since it was set up, every time she comes outside, she spends time in it. Gram and her absolutely love to have tea in the little kitchen and lose track of the time. You should see her face when she’s using the playhouse. We’re so thrilled with it.”
