The girl’s mother, Lynn Waldron-Moehle, said Lillian cannot speak, developmentally delayed, and has mannerisms of a 2-year-old child.

She asked why the driver did not do anything to stop the attack. “She can’t tell them to stop. She couldn’t get away. She’s in a five-point harness car seat.

“She just had to sit there and take it. And the bus driver wasn’t stopping.”

Lillian’s father, Chad Waldron, said: “The seat was right behind the bus driver and he couldn’t hear anything going on or see anything? Come on.”

The 10-year-old came home crying and holding her arms. Her mother did not realize the extent of injuries until she gave her a bath.

Lynn said: “My daughter came home from school on a Lamers bus today whining and carrying on holding her arm signing ouchie.

“She is non-verbal and developmentally delayed.

“I noticed when I took her coat off that she had a single bite mark on her forearm.

“Although it looked kinda like she bit herself so I didn’t think anything of it. She was very agitated and not calming down so I thought a nice warm bath would help her.

“I went to get her ready for the bath. I took her sweatshirt off and finally saw why she was so distraught.”

She added: “Over 9 bite marks all bruised covering her upper arm and shoulder. She was crying and holding her arm still.”

Lynn called the police and took her child to the hospital. The principal of Langlade Elementary said he had checked the bus surveillance footage and had seen Lillian getting bitten by another girl.

“He said it was gruesome and horrifying to look at, and that the girl was brutally biting my daughter’s arm,” Lynn expressed.

The family said that the student who bit Lillian is no longer attends her school.
