Supermodel Gigi Hadid and former One Direction star Zayn Malik are expecting their first child together.
The 25-year-old Vogue model is understood to be 5 months pregnant with her first baby with her on-again boyfriend Zayn Malik, TMZ reported.
Gigi gave a hint of her baby bump when she posed for a photo with the singer during her 25th birthday while in isolation with her family.
It was in December last year when the two reconciled after their split.
According to TMZ, the supermodel is 20 weeks pregnant and probably doesn’t know the baby’s gender yet.
In a February interview with i-D Magazine, Gigi hinted that she was already thinking of having children. “I think that as I get older, well one day I’ll start a family and I don’t know if I will always be modeling,” the 25-year-old said.
“I love the creative side of fashion, it’s so fulfilling. The people I work with make me so happy, I’m so lucky to be around them. But who knows? Maybe I’ll take up full time cooking!”
It was in 2015 when Gigi and Zayn started dating. They were seen leaving Justin Bieber’s American Music Awards after-party together.
Aside from posing together in Italy for the April 2016 edition of Vogue magazine, they were also seen cuddling on the red carpet at the Meg Gala in NYC.
In a 2017 interview with UsWeekly, Zayn said: “I just concentrate on my relationship and try to do right by my girlfriend and she does by me, and we hope for the best, as we all do!
“We both cook, so we like to make meals for each other. I make chicken and sweet corn pie. She likes that.”
In 2018, Zayn told Vogue that his girlfriend was ‘great’ for him. “She’s super-organised and I’m really not. It helps that she can get things together for me a little bit. I lean on her a lot.”
But fans were shocked when they broke up that year, with Zayn saying they had a ‘loving and fun’ relationship but decided to separate ways.
But in January this year, they were seen arm in arm in New York City.
Gigi also let her fans know what they were together on Valentine’s Day by sharing a photo of her boyfriend.
